Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Solocial (“Solocial”, “we”, “us”), operated from India and available at solocial.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Solocial.
1. The service
Solocial is an AI social-media manager: a team of AI agents that learns your brand voice, drafts posts, monitors your niche, triages comments and messages, and publishes to your connected social accounts. Publishing is approval-gated — nothing is posted or sent without your explicit approval, and you can pause all activity at any time with the kill switch.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and using Solocial for business purposes.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Trial, billing and cancellation
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is required for the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Applicable taxes may be added.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded for partial periods.
4. Your content and your responsibility
- You own your content — your posts, brand materials and anything you approve or publish, including AI-assisted drafts. You grant us a licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
- AI drafts can be wrong, outdated or off-tone. The approval step exists so you can catch that: you are responsible for everything you approve and publish, including its accuracy and legality.
- You must have the rights to any content and accounts you connect to Solocial.
5. Connected platforms
Publishing and inbox features operate on third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) through a third-party publishing provider. You must comply with each platform’s own terms when using Solocial with it. We are not responsible for platform decisions outside our control — API changes, rate limits, or actions a platform takes against your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Solocial to:
- send spam or run deceptive engagement schemes;
- publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harassing content;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to access other customers’ data;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
7. Our service, our IP
The Solocial software, brand and design are ours and protected by law. These terms give you a right to use the service, not a licence to copy it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Solocial fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- We do not promise particular outcomes — follower growth, engagement, leads or revenue depend on factors outside our control.
- To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Solocial and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms and (where the breach is fixable) fail to fix it after we notify you. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly first — write to us before anything else.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Solocial after that means you accept the updated terms.
